View User Agreement Acceptance records

Users with service level permissions can view user agreement acceptance records.

  1. Log in to the Administration console
  2. Click on the “Users” tab on the menu on the left

3. Search for the user you wish to reset the password for

4. Click on their ID to select the user

5. Select the “Attributes” tab

Here you can view the user acceptance records – this will include both the Customer and End User agreements.
